Only profiles that agreed to be part of SkinCeuticals Singapore's membership program and its terms & conditions will be enrolled into the program.

Your SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Club membership account will be activated on the day of successful registration at SkinCeuticals authorized retailers (TANGS at Tang Plaza, BHG Bugis or SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada).

Your SkinCeuticals Membership ID is the mobile number which was used during registration.

Please remember to provide your mobile number to our advisors when enquiring about your SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Club account at SkinCeuticals authorized retailers (TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis).

You can earn SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points when you make purchases of SkinCeuticals products and services with our authorized retailers and partners (TANGS at Tang Plaza and BHG Bugis and SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada).

Every S$1 (nett spend) (excluding GST, service charges, credit card charges/fees, and other transaction fees) on Qualifying Purchases will earn 1/1.2/1.5 SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Point on your membership tier of Silver/Gold/Elite respectively. SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Any SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points earned from the Qualifying Purchases will be reflected in your account within one (1) working day after the date of purchase at SkinCeuticals authorized retailers.

Points may be redeemed via (i) Members Portal or (ii) SkinCeuticals Advisors at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis:

(i) Please log into your account here and go to 'Skinsider Rewards' to choose the gift that you would like to redeem with your available SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points and select the respective outlet for your redemption, if applicable.

(ii) You may also redeem your points via SkinCeuticals Advisors at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis.

Gift voucher redemption for TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis:

Gift voucher will expire 30 days from date of redemption and is only available for offline redemption at any SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis.

Only one (1) voucher may be used against one (1) SkinCeuticals product. Multiple vouchers may be used in a single transaction if there are multiple SkinCeuticals products purchased in the same transaction.

Gift voucher redemption for SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada:

Gift voucher will be sent to you via SMS on the first working day of the following month of redemption and is valid till the end of the following month. For example, if you made the redemption on the member portal on 10 January 2022, you will receive the gift voucher via SMS on 1 February 2022 and the voucher is valid till 28 February 2022.

Only one (1) voucher may be used in one (1) transaction.

All vouchers cannot be used together with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stated.

For redemption at TANGS at Tang Plaza and BHG Bugis: All Gift Vouchers are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of redemption via Skinsider Rewards Club Members' Portal or via SkinCeuticals Advisors at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis.

Gift Vouchers can only be used offline at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis.

For redemption at SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada: All Gift Vouchers will be sent via SMS on the first working day of the month and are valid till the end of the same month. For example, SMS sent on 1 February 2022 with voucher valid till 28 February 2022.

Gift Vouchers can only be used online at SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada.

Any vouchers redeemed and used with points from the transaction will be deemed invalid and the voucher value will not be refunded. Any points earned from the refunded transaction will also be invalid and member tier may be downgraded if necessary.

Each Membership Tier is valid for twelve (12) months from the date: (i) of activation; or (ii) where the account is upgraded to the next higher tier whichever is later. For example, a 'Silver' tier account activated on 1 January 2021 will maintain the 'Silver' tier' until 31 December 2021. If the same 'Silver' tier account is upgraded to 'Gold' tier on 1 June 2021, the account will maintain the 'Gold' tier until 31 May 2022, unless the account is upgraded to the next ‘Elite’ tier. 'Gold' and 'Elite' tiers will be downgraded to the next tier if the respective requalification thresholds are not met.

'Silver' Tier - No need to requalify as members in this tier will not be downgraded.

'Gold' Tier - Accumulate a minimum of S$500 in nett spending over 12 months to re-qualify for your 'Gold' Tier. Members who do not manage to accumulate S$500 spend will be downgraded to 'Silver' Tier.

'Elite' Tier – Accumulate a minimum of S$1,500 nett spending over 12 months to re-qualify for your 'Elite' Tier. Members who do not manage to accumulate S$1,500 spend will be downgraded to 'Gold' or 'Silver' Tier accordingly.

Your SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points will expire on each anniversary of the date of activation of your account (see Q3). For example, if your account was activated on 1 January 2020, your SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points earned between 1 January 2020 and 31 December 2020 will be valid until 31 December 2020. If the same account (which was activated on 1 January 2020) was updated to the next tier on May 1, 2020, your SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Points will continue to expire on December 31, 2020.

SkinCeuticals Skinsider Rewards Club members are entitled to a one-time discount during their birthday month. Birthday discount is only available for offline redemption at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis. Birthday discount is limited to one redemption per profile per year during the birthday month as recorded upon profile registration.

Points Redemption can be redeemed offline at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis or online at SkinCeuticals Official Flagship on Lazada. All other benefits can be redeemed offline at SkinCeuticals TANGS at Tang Plaza or BHG Bugis.
